Investigative research to understand the numbers and whys behind all aspects of the business model, structure, requirements, industry differences, economics of the marketing plan, mathematics behind the plan, legalities, and history. Conclusion: This business model is a hybrid of internet marketing, franchising, one-to-one marketing using 'word of mouth advertising' and direct sales via network marketing entrepreneurs. While it is technically NOT an MLM (Multiple Level Marketing) firm, it does rely heavily on Network Marketing methods.

• • There are no levels - everyone has the same compensation plan based on personal production and group sales volume!

  • People are not required to buy and carry inventory, but as of December 2019 automation of inventory records will begin.

    • As of July 1, 2020 following published 'Rules and Proceedures' for maintaining inventory records online is mandatory.

    • Note: a minimum quarterly business volume is required to maintain qualification for group commissions. 

  • You are expected to help build the UFO (UnFranchise®  Owner) sales organization.

    • You must be able to promote and show the UnFranchise®  Business Plan. 

    • You are expected to qualify prospective new UnFranchise®  Owners.

    • You are expected to sponsor qualified candidates.

    • ZERO COMMISSIONS PAID to you from the fees paid to Market America, Inc. by those you sponsor.

      • Earnings are based strictly on both personal and group business volume.

        • 'Business Volume' (BV) is derived only from the sale of product and/or services to end users.

      • Profit sharing is ultimately paid on your group's sales and personal purchases.

        • Your "group" is comprised of all the individual UFOs that you and they sponsored.

      • Every UnFranchise®  Owner is required to agree with this statement "I UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO SELL PRODUCTS TO THE END CONSUMER PRIOR TO SPONSORING OTHER INDIVIDUALS OR EARNING COMMISSIONS/BONUSES.     • When one's BDC reaches maximum earnings (group commissions) payout - it's time to start another (to scale up.)
