We help you make the transition to a database and direct/subscription marketing business model.
Create An Automated System For Generating Cash - One That Won't Consume All Your Time.
The major advantage of the subscription based business model for an entrepreneur is the continuity of revenue. When automated, it's nearly a guaranteed income from customers who not only want access to your product or service, but also the convenience of having it regularly available without going through a purchase process and request for delivery every time.
Whether your business has a website or if your business is a website - the information here should be of value. You'll see some of the tools I recommend and learn why.
Create... A business that runs without your physical presence, a business that requires very little of your time, a business that you work ON - instead of in it! Our focus is on helping you create systems that maximize your income and minimize your busy work. Instead of working long hours to make more money - let's start building a business that'll do it for you.
Utica Industries LLC is a privately owned business development and holding company that provides financial, administrative, and strategic support for multiple self-managing ventures.
The four primary functions of every business...
Like Mike Michalowicz says in his book 'Clock Work,' there are four primary functions of every business, ACDC. Attract, Convert, Deliver, Collect. Attract prospects (Generate Leads). Convert prospects into customers (Sales). Deliver on your big promise (Fulfillment). Collect payment. Using the subscription model the order is ACCD; Attract, Convert, Collect, Deliver. We help you make the transition to a database employing a direct marketing subscription based business model.
This is my preferred framework...

Making Your Operations Run Smoothly - Employ Digital Workflow Solutions (Operations).
Employing Sound Financial Management - Reduce Expenses and Eliminate Personal Debt (Finance).

What matters most is finding out what'll work for you in your own business! Choose those ideas and tools you find here that you think will work best for you and then take action and if at first you don't succeed - try, try again! Pursue your dream. “I will! I am! I can! I will actualize my dream. I will press ahead. I will settle down and see it through. I will solve the problems. I will pay the price. I will never walk away from my dream until I see my dream walk away: Alert! Alive! Achieved!” - Reverend Robert H. Schuller
I buy small businesses.
These are the action steps I use to systematize any business.

"The secret of getting ahead is getting started. The secret for getting started is breaking a complex overwhelming task into small manageable tasks, and then starting on the first one." - Mark Twain
If you already have a specific product/service to sell, then you start with understanding who your product is for. Who is your ideal customer? Knowing will help you target the right audience and focus your marketing and product development on the features that will provide your target niche with the most benefit and perceived value. Product-led growth puts your product in the center of your marketing efforts with the goal of having your solution essentially selling itself.
"The aim of marketing is to know and understand the customer so well the product or service fits him and sells itself." - Peter Drucker
If you don't have a specific product, service or information to sell then instead of searching for a product or service to promote, I suggest you start by identifying who you want to serve. Narrow your focus by describing in detail the characteristics and concerns of those you wish to serve and the problems they have that are unique to them. If you'll do that - then selecting the best product/service to market will be much easier because you'll already know what your propects need, want and will pay for. "The Riches are in the Niches!" - Pat Flynn
Which is more important? Your relationship with your suppliers, or your customers?
They're both essential but...
The NUMBER ONE ASSET you should be building is "TRUST" with a direct connection to the end user of your product/service.
Client/Customer Acquisition
Today's Technology enables you to build 'one-to-one' relationships on a massive scale. "Marketing is a contest for people's attention." "The Net is not television. It is the finest direct-marketing mechanism in the history of mankind. It is direct mail with free stamps, and it allows you to create richer and deeper relationships than you've ever been able to create before." - Seth Godin
Successful Entrepreneurs Solve Other People's Problems.
See those problems as your opportunities!
"It's not about having the right opportunities. It's about handling the opportunities right." - Mark Hunter
Describe your 'Dream Customer or Client.'
What problem, issue, or hurdle are your dream customers contending with?
What is the ULTIMATE RESULT you get for your dream customers?
What's the FRAMEWORK that leads your customer to that Ultimate result?
What is the NEXT STEP that leads your customer to that Ultimate result?
To help you focus on the essential elements of your business idea and identify issues so you can address them early on before you invest too much time, money and effort - use the Business Model Canvas, a BMC. It can be used to develop a new profit center for your company, review your existing business, or analyze your competition.
The Business Model Canvas is a framework used to summarize a business model based on nine items such as value provided, customers, channels, costs, and revenue.
Use a platform that enables you to easily Monitor, Measure, Adjust and Control your business from anywhere.
"Building, maintaining, and ultimately maximizing your database is frankly not optional if you're planning for long-term success." - Brandon Doyle.
In his book 'Success Rate Marketing - How Small Businesses Can Leverage KPIs and Stop Losing Money,' author Brandon Doyle makes an important distinction between your database and a mailing list. He points out that your database is not just a list of names or contacts. It's a means by which you can develop trusted relationships with individuals within your audience.
Without good analytics - you'll be running blind.
With our own proprietary solution, it's easy to evaluate the effectiveness of your digital marketing efforts. Our system enables you to find out which search engines generate the most traffic to your site, which keywords result in the most hits, how many hits your site has received, which pages your visitors viewed and much more. In addition to our own statistics engine, if you require additional visibility into the efficacy of your website, sales funnels, store or blog, you can always have us place Google Analytics on your Internet properties as well.
Google Analytics (Data Source) is likely the solution with which you've had the most immediate or prolonged exposure too. It lets you measure your advertising ROI as well as track your YouTube, and social networking sites and applications. Google Analytics has so many metrics & dimensions that it's very easy (if you're new to using it) to get lost in a sea of reports, so that's why we recommend that you use a custom app to extract the information you need. Google's Workspace accounts include access to free dashboards.
Monitoring the right metrics will help you save time and most importantly, achieve your business goals. There are important KPIs you can start monitoring in Google Analytics. You need to know where your leads come from, and how they're converting to sales. What is your cost per lead and ultimate cost to acquire a new customer?
From groceries to cars and nearly everything else - this model works!
Choose a Niche - preferably one you have education, training and/or experience in.
Setup (Build/Create) a Sales Funnel, Website, Blog, Store, etc. around an idea you want to promote, to serve your selected niche.
Get Traffic (Prospects) to the online asset that you launched in step two where you provide value and start building relationships.
Convert Prospects into Leads, Sales, Subscribers, Followers, Members of Your Audience added to Your Own CRM Database System.
Keep testing marketing strategies and monitor your KPIs! Continue to add and deliver greater value while providing excellent service.
Given our investment in greenhouse technology and urban farming, we provide a way for customers to subscribe and receive regular deliveries of fresh produce and much more. Our UnFranchise® Business enables us to give our greenhouse customers a system for free that earns them additional 'cash-back' whenever they make purchases from us and from Market America's partner stores, even from items that we don't even sell. When our preferred customers use that system to order online and make their purchases - we get credited for the affiliate commissions from those partner stores.
We've found that the 'Subscription Model' works very well for "Community Supported Agriculture" (CSA) programs. Today's CSA model fits a variety of direct marketing opportunities that allow you to incorporate value added products and services via e-commerce marketing tools.
